Ing3nious 2015 East Coast eDiscovery & IG Retreat EDT Panel Recap

A little more then a month after the European Court of Justice declared invalid the Safe Harbor data-transfer agreement that governed EU data flows across the Atlantic for some fifteen years, CEO Jo Sherman gathered a panel of experts during the Ingenious 2015 East Cost eDiscovery & IG Retreat to discuss the decision.

The November 9, 2015, panel featured Patrick J. Burke of Seyfarth, Melinda McMcLellan of Baker Law, David R. Cohen of Reed Smith, Mark Francis of King & Spalding and Damian Murphy of UBS.

While there have been some key developments since this time, the panelists present compelling perspectives on the background behind and the implications of the Schrems decision and EU data privacy and transfers to the US.
